About The Daily Dad Reset
Hey — I’m Jeremy.
Dad of four boys and currently navigating the daily chaos that is faith-filled fatherhood.
The Daily Dad Reset is a space for dads who don’t need 27 parenting hacks—they need rhythm, presence, and a way to reset each day with intention and grace.
Why I Started This
I’ve worn a lot of hats:
Teacher
Coach
Sunday school leader
Leadership developer
Former college athlete
Fitness challenge junkie (75Hard, GoRuck, CrossFit, triathlons, Orangetheory, Range of Strength)
Nutrition program explorer (Whole30, Paleo, Bulletproof, Keto, Vegan — you name it, I’ve tried it with different levels of success)
Brain science enthusiast (think shame, safety, and why your kid’s meltdown in Target might be more about nervous system dysregulation than the toy aisle)
And yet, with all that effort, I couldn’t find real balance.
I’d deep dive into one area — spiritual, physical, or mental — but I couldn’t sustain all three.
Eventually, I had to take a step back and ask:
What actually moves the needle — and still leaves room to raise boys who are not just kind and empathetic, but physically strong, mentally healthy, and spiritually fit?
That question is what led to The Daily Dad Reset.
A rhythm of anchored action and grace that helps me show up consistently — for myself, and for my boys.
What You’ll Get
Each week, I share two short, practical posts:
Monday Reset – A real story with reflection, rooted in faith and fatherhood
Fieldwork Friday – A bite-sized practice to help you lead with strength and calm over the weekend
It's honest. It's faith-forward. And it's built for dads trying to lead their homes with purpose—even when the house is loud, the laundry’s overflowing, and the Legos are everywhere.
Why This Matters
I write from the messy middle of fatherhood—not the mountaintop.
This space is here to help you reset when life is loud, the day feels long, and you're still choosing to show up with purpose.
I don’t include scripture or name-drop Jesus in every post, but my faith is woven through all of it. This space is rooted in grace, presence, and the quiet strength it takes to lead well at home.
If that’s what you’re after, I’d love to walk with you.
A Quick Note
If you’re a mom, sister, aunt, grandma, or that one friend who forwards good stuff — welcome. You’re absolutely invited into this space.
Yes, this is built for dads — because most of us weren’t exactly handed a blueprint for how to lead with strength and softness, how to balance presence with provision, or how to raise kids while still becoming the men we’re meant to be.
But the truth is, the practices inside The Daily Dad Reset — reflection, rhythm, affirmation, and faith — are universal.
So if you’re here for the mission, you’ll feel right at home. Just don’t be surprised if we talk about Lego booby traps and how to sneak vegetables into a picky kid’s plate.
