I instantly took a deep breath as I read step 1. I’ve been moving since morning and I just put my daughter to sleep. First time I pick up my phone to read a bit and saw your post. I needed that reminder- even though it’s not end of day yet.

That means a lot—thank you for sharing that. I know that “go go go” feeling well. Half the time I don’t realize how wound up I am until I try to slow down. Glad it gave you a second to breathe. Hope tonight gives you a few more of those.

Yes! I did have a few more later in the day. Reading your post did give me the reminders to just breathe - something so simple but 😮‍💨 it resonated strongly.
