Absolutely. Rucking’s not just the weight on your back, it’s the weather in your face. Heat, rain, snow all add their own grind. The couch whispers ‘stay,’ but the challenge is answering the dare outside.

Oooh great idea. Never really thought about how easy it would be to get that equipment together. I do count carrying my 25 lb toddler as a workout sometimes. 🤣

Carrying a toddler should count double—> weight vest + cardio + the occasional headbutt when they decide to “help.”
